Terms and Conditions for Khedmah Application
Welcome to Khedmah, your go-to application for convenient service bookings. These Terms and Conditions outline the terms of use and legal agreement between "User" and "Khedmah" regarding your use of the Khedmah application.
Acceptance of Terms:
By using the Khedmah App, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the App.
Use of the App:
2.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 16 years old to use the App and engage in service bookings. If you are accessing the App on behalf of a minor, you are responsible for ensuring their compliance with these terms.
2.2 Account Creation: To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are liable for all activities that occur under your account.
2.3 User Content: Any content you submit to the App, such as reviews or feedback, should be accurate and respectful. You retain ownership of your content but grant Khedmah a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the App.
Service Bookings:
3.1 Booking Process: When booking services through the App, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for selecting the appropriate service, service provider, date, and location.
3.2 Service Provider Agreements: Service providers are independent contractors and are not employees or agents of Khedmah. Any services provided by service providers are subject to their own terms and conditions.
Payments:
4.1 Payment Authorization: By booking a service through the App, you authorize Khedmah to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of the service.
4.2 Payment Processing: Payment processing services are provided by third-party payment processors. You agree to their terms and conditions regarding payment processing.
Intellectual Property:
5.1 App Ownership: The App and its content, including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, and software, are the property of Khedmah and protected by intellectual property laws.
5.2 Limited License: Khedmah grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the App for its intended purpose.
Limitation of Liability:
6.1 No Warranty: The App is provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Khedmah disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6.2 Limitation of Liability: Khedmah and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or any services booked through it.
Modification and Termination:
7.1 Changes: Khedmah reserves the right to modify or terminate the App, its features, or these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of significant changes will be provided within the App.
7.2 Termination: Khedmah may terminate or suspend your access to the App if you violate these terms or engage in any unauthorized or prohibited activities.
Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
