Refund Policy for Khedmah Application
Thank you for choosing Khedmah, your trusted application for booking a wide range of services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to refunds for services booked through the Khedmah application.
Service Cancellation and Refunds:
1.1 Service Cancellation by Customer: You may cancel a booked service through the App, subject to the terms and conditions of the service provider. Refunds for cancellations will be processed as follows:
Cancellation more than 8 hours before the scheduled service: 50% refund of the service fee.
Cancellation within 4 hours of the scheduled service: No refund.
1.2 Service Cancellation by Service Provider: In the rare event that a service provider cancels a confirmed service, you will be entitled to a full refund of the service fee.
Payment Refunds:
2.1 Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method that was used to book the service.
2.2 Processing Time: Refunds may take 3 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider's policies.
Refund Eligibility:
3.1 Service Quality: Refunds will not be provided due to dissatisfaction with the quality of the service. Any concerns regarding service quality should be directed to our customer support team.
3.2 Failure to Attend: If you, as the customer, fail to attend the scheduled service without prior cancellation, no refund will be provided.
Exceptions:
4.1 Special Cases: In exceptional circumstances, such as technical glitches or errors on our part, we may offer a full or partial refund at our discretion.
